Frequently asked questions
How long until the site is live?
Once you've sent us your company details, logo and photos of your work, the site is usually ready within a few days. If the domain has to be registered from scratch, DNS propagation can add a few hours.
Do I need to own a domain already?
No. If you have one, we use it. If you don't, we register one for you at cost, with no markup — and the domain is always registered to your business, not to ours.
Do I need to understand SEO for this to work?
No. The technical SEO is done by default, and the AI analysis returns an action plan written in plain language, in priority order. You decide what to do first.
What if I already have a website?
We replace what's there, keeping your current domain whenever it already has history with search engines — so the authority you've earned isn't thrown away.
Does the AI write on my site by itself?
No. The AI prepares article drafts and suggested chat replies, but nothing is published or sent until you've read and confirmed it. The AI assists; the decision is always yours. It's optional and off by default: you turn it on from your backoffice, and each use has an estimated cost, added to your next invoice.
What happens at renewal?
Around 30 days before the period ends you get an email reminder and next year's invoice, paid by bank transfer. If you decide not to renew, the site is switched off — but your data is not deleted.
